Pausa Mirror Check

A brief observation.
Under 3 minutes.

Someone who matters to you has asked for your honest perspective on how they're doing. There are no right or wrong answers — you're describing what you notice, not evaluating their performance.

🔒 Your responses are anonymous. Only aggregate results are shared.
What this is — and isn't
6 short questions covering physical energy, emotional availability, focus, and sense of purpose
Your individual responses are never shown — only the combined picture from all respondents
The goal is to give the person a mirror — a perspective they genuinely cannot see from the inside
The most useful answers are honest, specific, and come from what you actually observe — not what you hope is true

Why outside perspective matters: Research consistently shows that high performers are the least accurate self-raters of their own energy state and emotional impact (Eurich, 2017; Kahn, 1990). The gap between how someone experiences themselves and how others experience them is often the most useful data in the room — and the data they are least likely to have.

Thank you.

Your observations have been received. They'll be compiled with any other responses and shared with the participant within 48 hours — without identifying you individually.

What happens next
Your responses are combined with other observers' answers — the participant sees only the aggregate picture
Any open text you wrote is shared verbatim, introduced as "what the people closest to you notice"
The gap between the participant's self-report and this external picture is often the most useful part of the whole process

Giving honest, grounded feedback to someone you care about is one of the more generous things you can do. Most people never receive it. Thank you for taking 3 minutes to offer it.
